Via the menu File -> E-Mail it is possible to send documents per e-mail. The menu File -> Mail current window can be used when an e-mail has to be sent based on the information that is currently shown in an opened window.

Example: The sales order window is opened. A new sales order for a customer is entered and from this sales order an order confirmation has to be sent per e-mail.

The fastest method to e-mail a document is by using the E-mail button in the button bar. A window is opened in which all documents are shown that can be sent per e-mail from the opened window. Possibly a document already has a tick. This tick then comes from the program settings, the column 'Select' is ticked and saved.

With help of the icon , an example can be placed on screen. The information as sent in the PDF attachment, is shown as the example on screen.

With help of the icon , the printer settings, saved in the program settings, can be altered for this e-mail.

With help of the icon , extra attachments such as photos can be added to the e-mail. Read the description E-Mail for adding attachments. Click on [OK] to send the document. WinTree will now send the document with the information that is shown on screen at that moment.

Use [Cancel] in case no print needs to be made.

the second option is the menu File -> Mail current window. Click on menu choice and the same window as when using the E-mail button is opened. See the description above to know how to alter the printer settings and add extra attachments in the opened window.

The third option to send the order confirmation is by opening the menu File -> E-Mail. Choose in the type of report Orders the document Order confirmation. Click on [E-Mail] and select in the frame 'Selection' the correct order number. Then click on [OK] and the order confirmation will be sent per e-mail. In case no e-mailaddress is known or parameter 1035 has value 1 then a pop up window will be opened. Read the description of the pop up window in E-Mail.
